Roll to Roll – PVD Metallization

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a process for applying metallic coatings that allows for the deposition of thin films of material in a vacuum using vapor. The deposition temperature for PVD coatings typically ranges from 80 to 150°C. The thickness of the deposit is 2 +/- 0.5 (micron). The hardness HV 0.05 is between 800-1000. Compliant with REACH and RoHS standards.
