Operational Tools for Participating in Public Tender Bids

An informative webinar, organized by the OPP|V Order of Psychologists of Veneto, dedicated to exploring the ways in which freelancers, with a specific focus on psychologists, can interact with the Public Administration (P.A.) to participate in tenders or projects promoted by it. Specifically, the tools used by the P.A. will be analyzed, particularly the MePA (Electronic Market of the Public Administration), addressing its structure, functioning, and usage methods. Additionally, the ways of cooperation among freelancers will be discussed, including how to collectively participate in these initiatives, in the perspective of Network Agreements and Temporary Associations for specific purposes.
