LDPE/HDPE Recycling Plants

The rolls are placed onto a lift platform. The lift raises the rolls to the height of the sorting conveyor. The sorting personnel can now pull the individual film pieces onto the sorting conveyor and remove foreign materials. The sorting conveyor is located on a platform frame and is designed for four manual sorting stations. The area detection coil built into the conveyor detects metals present on the conveyor belt and stops the belt. This allows the sorting personnel to remove the metals and then restart the belt. The now purified material falls onto an incline conveyor, which transports it to the feed hopper of the cutting mill.
