Fully automatic packaging carousel for open bags up to 1200 bags/hour - The high-performance packaging carousel CIRCUPAC has been specifically designed for packaging flour and powdery products in pillow and side gusset bags with a filling weight of 10 kg to 50 kg. The CIRCUPAC is ideal for filling pre-made open bags made of woven PP, PE, or paper. The unique feature of the packaging machine is the continuously rotating carousel: All components are precisely coordinated, allowing the entire process to occur without a start-stop system, achieving a maximum performance of up to 1200 bags per hour. All movements are controlled by an intelligent master servo motor controller and are precisely synchronized. Due to an extended filling time through six filling stations and the continuous compaction of the product using special vibration plates, a compactly filled bag is achieved.
