Powder coating is a process in which electrostatically charged powder is sprayed onto the components to be coated. After application, the components are placed in an oven where the powder is melted at 250°C and bonds with the base material. The coated steel and metal parts achieve long-lasting protection against corrosion, ensuring durable usability. We achieve a resistance of the components in the salt spray test, which is conducted according to DIN 9227 standards, of 504 hours. The coating process is characterized by its environmental friendliness, as the excess powder is recovered and reused. Technological limits: 2500 x 800 x 1,500 mm (LxWxH) Straight profiles up to a total length of 3000 mm
