Human-like control behavior and high reproducibility enable use for exhaust tests, endurance tests, climate tests, etc. Various configurations, actuator setups, and integration interfaces are available. The STÄHLE AUTOPILOTS are used worldwide for testing vehicles, vehicle components, fuels, and lubricants, etc., on roller test benches. Requirements in application areas such as - Exhaust tests - Fuel consumption measurements - Running losses tests - Endurance tests - Climate tests - Transmission and drivetrain tests - Acoustic tests - Correlation measurements - R&D investigations - Hybrid and electric vehicle tests are met by the robots with extremely high reproducibility in the temperature range of -10°C to +50°C. As an additional application field, the AUTOPILOTS can be complemented by steering systems and thus used for free driving tests on test tracks or flat belt test benches.
