(BP100) Press-N-Lok™ Fastener - SOLID FASTENERS

The SPIROL Press-N-Lok™ BP100 Pin features opposing teeth at each end and is designed to permanently retain two plastic components together, such as two halves of a plastic box. The BP100 Press-N-Lok™ Pins are installed in two phases: first, the pins are inserted into one half of the plastic housing. Then, the other half of the housing is aligned with the exposed pins and inserted into place. During installation, the plastic will fill in the area around the teeth, resulting in maximum resistance to axial force. The Press-N-Lok™ Pins are typically made from lightweight lead-free aluminum, and can be ordered in austenitic stainless steel. The Press-N-Lok™ Pins are available in diameters ranging from 2 mm to 4 mm.
