Acoustic Floor Panels - Floorsorba27

Floorsorba27 acoustic floor panels are used to reduce airborne and impact sound through floors separating adjacent properties such as houses, apartments, offices, etc. Their acoustic floor performance complies with Document E of the Building Regulations. The Floorsorba27 acoustic panels are installed on the existing timber floor structure in a staggered bond pattern with all joints glued. The perimeter is isolated with an acoustic strip. Typical acoustic performance based on Floorsorba27 acoustic panels laid over 18mm floor decking with a timber beam construction, with 100mm Soundsorba insulation quilted between the beams, with an additional 2 layers of 15mm plasterboard resting on the existing plasterboard ceiling.
