Longitudinal viewing glass with low dead space seal

Until now, compromises often had to be made regarding hygienic execution, or issues with seal installation and occasional glass breakage had to be accepted. With the new series of AseptraLine® sight glasses, these compromises are a thing of the past. The right seal geometry that fits the sight glass on a pressure vessel is the key to success! The special AseptraLine® seal geometry with guiding groove provides a low dead space seal while still being able to compensate for slight welding distortion. This prevents the transfer of stresses to the sight glass. The guiding or holding groove for the seal makes installation easy and secure. AseptraLine® sight glasses have a component certification and can be used for pressure vessels up to Category IV, Module G (PED 2014/68/EU).
