AER GS - Aquaturbo - Hyperboloid Bottom Aerator/Mixer

The AER-GS Aquaturbo is a hyperboloid bottom aerator and mixer. A large-diameter conical wheel made of stainless steel, installed at the bottom of the basin and driven by a gear motor, transforms the air supply from the blower into fine bubbles thanks to its lower blades. The blades on the upper part of the wheel then ensure the dispersion of air bubbles and intensive mixing throughout the basin. Controlled by a variable speed drive, the AER-GS can operate in aeration and mixing mode or in mixing mode only (without air supply). Therefore, the AER-GS is ideal for applications with intermittent operation such as SBR and in basins with nitrification/denitrification sequences. As an alternative to fine bubble aeration using membrane diffusers, the AER-GS aerator/mixer has a consistent performance over time, is less sensitive to the presence of fibrous materials, and is easy to maintain.
