Roller screen printing is our strength. We print your designs on specially developed roller screen printing machines with the highest precision. A non-contact registration of the prints, a climate-controlled web run in the machine, reproducible machine settings, and quality assurance measures even before printing begins ensure consistently high quality. For large quantity orders, we print on a 2-color cylinder roller screen printing machine, Klemm, Derby 750, with a maximum web width of 800 mm. The print format is 770 x 480 mm. Medium quantities are printed on a fully CNC-controlled 1-color cylinder roller screen printing machine MP1, with a web width of 350 mm. The maximum print format is 320 x 365 mm. This machine is characterized by the highest registration accuracy and detail reproduction and has been in production since May 2008. A second printing unit to expand this machine is currently under construction.
