Development

Inductive components such as chokes, coils, and transformers are developed and manufactured in various designs. Non-market available accessories like coil bodies, potting cups, or ring core holders are designed and produced in-house, including the necessary tools. For quick sampling, many plastic parts can be produced using 3D printing technology. This allows the components to be designed not only for application-specific functionality but also for optimal processability (winding, soldering, and assembly processes). This benefits customers in the form of a very good price-performance ratio. At the customer's request, the components are designed according to their own UL systems (Class B-130°C or Class F-155°C) and VDE specifications. The quality of the basic insulation can be verified in terms of long service life through partial discharge measurements.
