Mango Butter, Organic Cosmetics

Our organic mango butter is primarily used in lip care, decorative cosmetics, baby care, in superfatting soaps, and in products for particularly stressed hair. Unlike some other plant butters, mango butter typically leaves a cooling effect, making it suitable for use in after-sun products. It is also conceivable to use it in hair care products for particularly stressed hair. Our mango (kernel) butter is white to yellow and has a mild, neutral aroma. Our organic mango kernel butter is obtained through extraction from the seeds of the mango (Mangifera indica). The refining process includes the stages of degumming, and if necessary, neutralization and bleaching, depending on the acid value and color requirements, followed by deodorization (approximately 1.5 hours at 210 °C).
