According to the European Pressure Equipment Directive, all pressure vessels with a permissible pressure of 0.5 bar(g) fall under this Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU). Pressure equipment as defined by this directive includes, among others, vessels (unfired pressure vessels), steam boilers, and pipelines. We have many years of experience in this field and can provide our expertise in the following areas: Design according to harmonized standards or other specifications Material selection Calculation: Calculation methods (DBF) or analytical proof of admissibility (Finite Elements) Construction: 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, models for CAM production Manufacturing: Everything from raw material procurement to acceptance, all from a single source Testing: All necessary non-destructive tests and pressure tests are carried out. Additionally, there is the possibility to create test instructions in the areas of VT and PT.
