Box Ovens

Our box ovens feature an indirect heating system with a thermo-block and convection heat transfer. They can be manufactured depending on the energy source, such as electricity, gas, or liquid fuel. The inner surfaces of the oven panels are made from galvanized sheet metal, while the outer surfaces consist of galvanized steel sheet with an electrostatic powder coating. Considering the application temperature, the required thickness (usually 160 mm) is determined, and only stone wool is used for insulation. Our company can produce ovens for paint applications up to 220°C and for special purposes up to 400°C. The doors of our box ovens can be designed as double-sided, top-opening, or as folding doors, depending on the requirements.
