Operating Principle It is used in flour mills for the purpose of breaking and crushing wheat. The most important machine in the flour mill is the roller, which consists of two pairs of parallel roller cylinders. Unlike the pneumatic valve, the amount of incoming product is measured with the help of a sensor or load cell. The feeding rollers adjust their speed according to the amount of incoming product, ensuring a homogeneous flow. At the same time, the space between the roller cylinders is closed by pneumatic pistons, allowing the product to pass through and be ground between the rollers. The bearings of the rollers are made of spheroidal cast iron, and the arms of the roller cylinders are conical. They are produced with gear drive and belt drive options. Optionally, they can also be produced with a touch control screen. Especially with the side covers that can be opened individually based on the opening system, it provides quick and easy access, along with the ability to quickly remove the roller with the cover that opens on the roller. The tested belt drive ensures silent operation and eliminates the need for oil maintenance and contamination.
