WELINE-SP Wetline Spray Booth with Water Curtain

At the pool, there is a platform for material and personnel safety. The platform covers the entire pool. In the Proton wet painting booth, environmental pollution is prevented by the simultaneous application of three different filtration systems. Wet paint particles that are extracted from the air by a suction fan are captured by the water curtain at the back of the booth and transported to the pool. Wet paint particles in trace amounts that are not captured by the water curtain are collected by the separators at the suction channels behind the water curtain, and the exhaust is supplied with fresh air. The backwashing system is applied in the separator section to support the process of retaining the wet paint particles in the separators. The filtration efficiency, whose contact area is increased by spraying wash water through the nozzles, is maximized.
