The SF-5216 foot-operated shear from BAILEIGH Industrial has a useful width of 1320 mm (52") with a cutting capacity for sheets up to 1.6 mm thick. It comes standard with a machined table, loading and unloading supports for sheets, and side guides. It is well known that BAILEIGH Industrial equipment is built to a very high standard. For example, all guillotine shears are made from solid steel rather than a fragile cast iron frame, which is becoming increasingly common. The rigidity of our machines eliminates deformation along the length of the four-sided carbon-chrome steel blades and the lower blade when shearing at the maximum capacity of 1.6 mm in mild steel.
