The millGrind series has been specifically developed for the requirements of the turbine industry for multi-technology machining in a single setup. The modular design of the traveling table allows for individual configuration of the machine according to the customer's machining tasks. Automatic tool and diamond roll change systems enable processing using: Grinding with corundum, CBN, and diamond grinding wheels Drilling Milling Laser cladding Measuring the raw workpiece Measuring the finished product, including the option for automatic reworking in a single setup. This ensures that all machined surfaces align with each other and prevents errors caused by multiple setups. In addition to processing new blades, a laser for cladding can be integrated for repair blades. This allows for measuring, cladding, and subsequent grinding of the worn surface.
