Peristaltic Pumps

The principle of the peristaltic pump is based on the pressure exerted by 2, 3, or even 6 rollers, which are free on their axis, that successively compress a tube. The alternation of pressure and release on the tube creates a vacuum. The fluid trapped between the rollers is pushed while remaining intact during its transfer. AB peristaltic pumps are equipped with technical tubes that meet the highest standards such as FDA / NSF / 3A / CE1935/2004 / CE10/2001. The tubes, whether reinforced or not, are made from elastomers or versatile thermoplastic elastomers with very high chemical and mechanical resistance. They perfectly withstand acids and bases and resist pumping temperatures of +120°C. Peristaltic pumps are used for their ease of use and their ability to operate continuously.
