Motorized 25-100 - Circle Shears

The circle shears in sizes KSE 25 - 100 are all motor-driven. They can process round diameters ranging from 80 mm to 3,200 mm. The maximum sheet thickness can reach 10 mm. They meet the highest standards of industrially manufactured sheet circles through cutting and flanging. The machine is driven either in one, two stages, or continuously; on the upper and lower shaft. The frame adjustment is manual. The KSE 31 features a motorized blade feed, a pneumatic sheet hold-down device, and a pneumatic clamping cylinder. Operation is via a control panel and a 3-pedal foot switch. A two-hand control panel is available if needed. The KSE 60 additionally includes a motorized frame adjustment and diameter programming, as well as operation via touchscreen and a 3-pedal foot switch. A two-hand operation is available if needed.
