Technological Potential The clusters are small to medium, and the berries are small. Syrah N produces red wines with good alcohol content, suitable for aging and of very high quality. These wines are generally of an intense color (bluish), very aromatic, fine and complex (violet, olive, leather-animal, etc.), tannic, structured, and relatively low in acidity (pH can be quite high, especially on schist soils). Syrah N also allows for the production of very fruity and interesting rosés.
