Straightening Machines

The P/A band straighteners are categorized by band width, straightening roller diameter, and the number of straightening rollers. We offer the suitable straightening device for your requirements. Many models feature a closed and foldable straightening head. In the standard version, a loop control with a pendulum arm is usually included. Optional non-contact systems such as ultrasound, laser, and infrared loop controls are also available. The straightening rollers are hardened to 60 HRC and precision ground. The lower straightening rollers and the entry and exit rollers are synchronously driven by gears. The upper straightening rollers are mounted in a frame or can be individually adjusted. A pneumatic opening of the entry and exit rollers is available as an option. The entry rollers are equipped with band guiding rollers, and a variable output roller basket is available.
