Measuring in the Stamping Tool For several years, OTTO Vision Technology GmbH has acquired expertise in the development of high-performance camera modules for direct use in stamping tools. The applications for 100% inspection of stamped parts directly in the tool are particularly beneficial when the parts have already been separated in the tool. - High-precision measurement, weld point inspection, surface testing - Significant cost reduction compared to "traditional" testing technology - > 1800 strokes/min, multiple falling - Space-saving, encapsulated single-camera system (< 60 mm space requirement in the direction of travel) - Image processing of the PSS-40 - Use of multiple modules where space allows - Optional multiple cameras per module - Applications in transmitted and reflected light - PLC for controlling the separation station (optional)
