Magnet Portal Loader

The bulk container is positioned on the hall floor under the magnetic unloader using a hand pallet truck or forklift. Subsequently, the magnet dips into the box at six predefined positions. The placement of the magnet is detected by sensors. The magnet is activated and lifted to the required transfer height by the hoist. The trolley moves the magnet along with the attached workpiece cluster and transfers the workpieces to the customer's designated handover position by switching off the magnet.
