Adjustable clamping system with separate tightening and locking - screws and clamping nuts

1. Apply downward pressure on the clamping system. 2. Rotate the clamping jaws. The lower jaw presses against the workpiece with slight pressure. 3. Tighten the hex nut (SW 18) without exceeding a torque of 15 Nm. The jaws secure the workpiece, but the clamping system is still loose. 4. Then tighten the hex nut (SW 10) without exceeding a torque of 10 Nm. The clamping operation is now complete. 5. To loosen, proceed in the reverse order. Mounting: Shape A: Attach the adjustable clamping system via an M12 thread. Adjust the stop height and pivot range using the blue adjustment socket, and secure it with the hex socket screw (3x SW 2.5). When adjusting the height limit, ensure there is sufficient upward play.
