Fixed Jaw Clamp

Due to their operating principle, the clamping jaws are suitable for performing multiple clamping operations. Thanks to the clamping surfaces, significant clamping forces are achieved. These clamping jaws are used in a T-slot. A rotation of the clamping screw allows the clamping jaw to move outward and secure the workpiece against the fixed stop of the machining device. The integrated elongated hole in the double wedge allows for the adjustment of the clamping jaws or compensating for tolerances. Stroke of movement: M12 = ±1.0 mm. Material: Body and clamping jaws made of treated steel. Finish: Double wedge and clamping jaws hardened and blued. Note: The two mounting holes on the support surfaces allow for the installation of additional universal supports for optimal clamping depth of the workpiece. The underside features a carbide coating, which increases the coefficient of friction.
