With our specially developed machinery, we are capable of producing even complex and intricate geometries close to the final contour. Whether simple rectangular parts are required or complicated cylindrical construction components with holes or threads, you benefit from a pre-profiled carbide part in that your process times are significantly shorter due to the minimal grinding allowances. The result is faster and more economical production of your parts. All of our manufactured blanks (green parts) are exclusively sintered in sinter HIP facilities. This leads to a homogeneous and pore-free structure with excellent physical properties and the highest quality.
