Olive Oil - with Basil

Le Moulin Paschetta Henry offers you a wide range of high-quality oils. Indeed, since 1922, our company has been producing and manufacturing olive oil with a focus on sustainable agriculture while preserving traditional techniques. The olives are harvested manually using hand and pneumatic combs to maintain their quality. Then, we crush the fruit using a simple mechanical technique without the addition of chemicals or temperature changes. At the end of this process, we obtain extra virgin olive oil with a free acidity of less than 0.8%.
