Most users of PSA nitrogen generators demand the highest levels of nitrogen purity in the most cost-effective way possible. Mikropor's latest nitrogen purification system, MDX, offers an extremely cost-effective method to increase nitrogen purity beyond 99.5% or 99.9% to 99.999%. The MDX series enhances nitrogen purity by utilizing a specially designed catalyst with a large surface area. The reaction occurring on the catalyst's surface reduces the residual oxygen content to a maximum of 10 ppm. Mikropor's MDX nitrogen purifiers, in conjunction with Mikropor's MNG-PRO nitrogen generators, use a small amount of hydrogen during the reaction process to achieve high nitrogen purity levels while avoiding compressed air losses. The MDX system, together with the MNG-PRO nitrogen generators, significantly reduces energy consumption while achieving the highest possible nitrogen purity.
