Laboratory Capper in Containment Version - FlexaLAB Containment

FlexaLAB containment is an evolution of the well-known laboratory capsule filling machine FlexaLAB by MG2. The containment system adopted is characterized by the unique concept of a liftable isolator, which allows the machine to maintain its interchangeable capability for different dosing units. This result is achieved while ensuring all necessary safety during production, both for the operator and the environment; indeed, the system enables the machine to meet the highest containment class (OEL5). FlexaLAB containment can be equipped with the Wet-in-Place option, which allows for the reduction and fixation of powders that remain suspended at the end of production, before proceeding to open the isolator. By adding spray balls and additional features, FlexaLAB is configured to perform a complete Wash-In-Place, further automating the cleaning process.
