Core Manufacturing

In our core manufacturing facility, computer-controlled core shooting machines create the conditions for high-quality production. A manually operated machine additionally supports us in the production of samples or small series. Our skilled workers also routinely prepare complex shapes. Due to our extensive expertise in core-intensive casting processes, we also produce nested core packages and cores with inserts, as well as molds with additional cores. To ensure that customers can expect absolutely consistent quality in series production, regular inspections are conducted. These include incoming goods inspection of the quartz sand, determination of the loss on ignition, testing of core strength, and dimensional accuracy. Upon request, we are also happy to provide test protocols for our customers.
