Nd-YAG Laser Engraving With laser marking, various materials and surfaces are marked using an Nd-YAG laser. The geometry of the objects plays a minimal role in this process. Both surface and cylindrical markings can be performed. Since laser technology is cost-effective, it proves to be particularly suitable for permanent and tamper-proof labeling of tags with barcodes or sequential numbering. High precision, short delivery times, and batch sizes starting from one piece make this method especially attractive. CO2 Laser Engraving In contrast to our Nd-YAG lasers, our CO2 laser is a flatbed system with a working area of 900 x 600 mm and a maximum workpiece height of 350 mm. The power is 60 watts. Both vectorized and rasterized engravings from 75 to 1200 dpi can be executed. This makes this technology particularly versatile.
