Ultrasonic Systems

The machines and automation systems designed and developed by MTV GmbH in the field of ultrasonic technology range from customized standard machines to complete production lines. When welding thermoplastic materials using ultrasonic energy, an inseparable connection is created between two or more parts. Each connection to be made requires a weld seam design that considers the material, geometry, and positioning of the components to be joined. Therefore, the better the design of the weld connection, the more reproducible and lower risk the implementation of the connection in the welding systems.
