CNC Milling Complex 3D Surfaces

With our CAM system, complex 3D surfaces can be programmed and subsequently milled quickly and securely. An electronic probing system allows for fast and precise setup of the parts. With our modern machines, such as the Kunzmann BA1000 machining center (built in 2008, travel path 1020 x 610 x 610 mm) or our 5-axis milling machine, we manufacture high-quality milled parts from a variety of materials: - including steels 1.4571 and 1.4301, - tool steels, - construction steels, - hardened steels up to 62 HRC, - as well as aluminum, - brass, - POM plastic, - PMMA (Plexiglas), - and other technical plastics. We are particularly specialized in the production of simple and complex individual parts and small series. Programs for simple parts are created directly at the machine. If volume models (STEP, SAT, IGES, or Solidworks) of the parts to be manufactured are available, the programs are created externally using the CAM module from Cimatron E13.
