Flame Soldering

On modern flame soldering machines, we solder components made from copper, brass, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Soft soldering occurs at temperatures up to < 450°C. Primarily, materials made of copper and brass are soft soldered. Hard soldering takes place at temperatures > 450°C. Depending on the requirements, components can be soldered under gas flux. This eliminates the need for pickling the components after the soldering process. Areas of application: - Automotive industry - Heating and sanitary sector - Refrigeration and air conditioning technology - Electrical industry - Hydraulics - Valve and apparatus construction - Medical technology - Mechanical engineering - Furniture industry
