2K dosing systems with gear pumps

The gear metering systems enable precise dosing with a constant flow rate. Two independently driven gear pumps allow for variable adjustment of the mixing ratio. The gear metering systems of the PAR 30, PAR 50, PAR 20G, and G-MIX series cover a wide range of applications and materials. They are suitable for dosing and mixing epoxies, polyurethanes, and silicones, and can be designed for both very small and very large dosing quantities. Mixing usually occurs through static mixers, but static-dynamic mixers or dynamic mixers can also be used if needed. Material supply is provided from hopper containers, material pressure vessels, or directly from the original packaging. Optional extras such as stirrers, material heating, vacuum degassing, etc., are available. The systems can be operated manually or integrated into automated production processes.
