Miniature Brushes

Miniature brushes are suitable for polishing, cleaning, or deburring small surfaces or workpieces. With miniature brushes, for example, small weld seams and solder joints can be freed from slag and scale. Miniature brushes work on metal surfaces, steels, aluminum, castings, plastic, stone, or wood. Typical areas of application: • Precision tools • Fine mechanics • Pneumatics and hydraulics • Electronic components, e.g., circuit boards Miniature brushes are available in various designs as round, cup, and brush brushes. Available shaft diameters are 3 mm, 2.34 mm, and 3.17 mm. The typical bristle materials are steel wire, stainless wire, brass wire, or grinding bristles. Diamond bristles available upon request.
