Bending is a forming manufacturing process. In this process, a bending moment is applied to the material, resulting in a plastic, that is, permanent deformation. The bending of sheets (also referred to as "flanging") is essentially achieved by folding a portion of the surface against the remaining surface of a sheet metal panel. We use the following bending machines: - CNC press brake brand: - TRUMPF TruBend 5130 - 4-cylinder instead of 2-cylinder technology - hydraulic press with up to 300 bar - 130 tons of pressing force - the bending length is 3050 mm - equipped with an ABC angle sensor for automatic measuring and controlling of the bending angle during the process.
