Bending and Folding

With the forming technique: bending and edging of sheets, we achieve almost all desired and required angles. In doing so, we take into account bending lengths, material thickness, bending radii, and starting materials for a precise and high-quality result. We bend sheets to the perfect dimensions with a mechanical pressing force of up to 100 tons and edge them accordingly. We consider the necessary yield limits in the metal's crystal lattice and minimize the risks of creases and cracks. With our machine, we enable the edging and bending of sheets with a material thickness of up to 8 mm. The maximum edging length is limited to 3110 mm.
