Burgundy Aligoté

Bourgogne Aligoté is entirely made from the Aligoté grape variety. Our Bourgogne Aligoté plots are mainly located between Buxy and Saint-Gengoux-le-National, at the foot of the hills. The subsoil is clay-limestone. The soil is often covered with stone debris, allowing the grapes to reach good maturity. The Aging The vinification of Bourgogne Aligoté takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and liveliness. Character of the Wine This white wine is all about freshness, with a generally pale gold color and bright reflections. The nose opens with floral notes and fresh fruits. On the palate, it is soft and aromatic. It often presents aromas of white flowers and hazelnuts. It is a delightful wine for immediate pleasure!
