Don Fulano - Aged Tequila

The spirit: Don Fulano's Añejo Tequila strikes a balance between strength and smoothness, delighting us with its aromatic richness. Spicy notes of pepper and cinnamon emerge first, beautifully complemented by the subtle vanilla oakiness imparted by three years of aging in French oak barrels. A certain indulgence also emanates from this fine spirit, thanks to a hint of honey and a slight chocolatey aspect. In the background, the vegetal character of the Tequila remains ever-present, much to our delight. A large bottle to sip patiently to fully appreciate its complexity! The house: Don Fulano is a family-owned business run by Sergio and Enrique Fonseca, agave producers and distillers for over 140 years. They represent the 4th and 5th generations of the family and currently lead the La Tequileña distillery, established since the late 19th century in the very town of Tequila.
