About this product

Automatically loading and unloading workpieces made from profile materials The loading machine ILS-RBL has been developed for loading sawn workpieces. By default, parts are provided via a chute. Optionally, special conveyor systems with timing belts are available for the careful positioning of difficult-to-handle loading parts. (ILS-TBL) With the Breuning-ILS loading technology, irregularly profiled workpieces can also be pushed into a lathe or machining center and positioned accurately using the spindle. The machine spindle is equipped with a spindle insert tube tailored to the material profile. Additional magazines and conveying systems such as vibrating feeders and pick & place devices can be connected to the workpiece loader ILS-RBL/TBL to create an automated complete system. To optimize the material flow, systems for unloading the workpieces are available. See ILS-REX/TEX.
