The vulcanizing press KL is characterized by its low overall weight. The pressure is applied via a full-surface pressure pad, which is filled with a compressor. It is suitable for joining rubber fabric conveyor belts of lower and medium strength classes (DIN 22102). It generates a maximum surface pressure of 70 N/cm² and features integrated temperature and compressed air control, as well as integrated water cooling.
