The new cleaning concentrate PRIME PURGE ULTRA X-7 for extrusion systems impresses with low costs and extremely easy handling, without any process changes. Our latest development for extrusion, the cleaning concentrate Prime Purge Ultra X-7, is universally applicable for all polyolefin MFI’s. The user-friendly handling requires no parameter changes, training, or specialized knowledge from the user. With just 20% concentrate added and 80% of your polyolefin material, it is generally recyclable. When mixed with PE, it can often be directly reused, further reducing cleaning costs.
