Industrial Casting

For the areas of industry, EPS mold construction, and prototype casting, we manufacture aluminum and heavy metal cast parts using the sand casting process, both as single pieces and in small series production. In close collaboration with a local model-making company, we can also directly implement 3D CAD data for the model-making sector. This allows us to quickly realize your requests. Quality, flexibility, and reliability are the principles of our team. • We produce aluminum castings of all common sand casting alloys in piece weights – from 50 g to 400 kg. • Copper materials in piece weights – up to 250 kg. Heat treatment, as well as the creation of test certificates, can be carried out if needed. Additionally, cast iron materials can be offered through our cooperation partners.
