Even with complex geometries in your components, you can rely on the highest precision, thanks to our highly advanced core manufacturing. In our core manufacturing, we create precise core shapes using the Cold-Box process. Our four core shooting machines, with a shooting volume of 2.5 to 30 liters and core box heights of up to 620 mm, deliver perfect results. In addition to the core shooting machines, we have a manual core making station where large or special cores can be produced using the Resol-CO2 process. This expands our range of services to include another important product line.
