Wear-resistant filament with higher temperature resistance up to 120°C iglidur® J260 is a reliable material for product development from prototypes to series production. It offers some of the best friction and wear values among igus® tribofilaments, as well as an increased long-term temperature resistance of 120°C. However, it is also significantly more challenging to process: the printer should be able to reach an extrusion temperature of 280°C and a print bed temperature of 120°C, and ideally have a heated build chamber. Without a heated build chamber, only smaller components can be printed.
