3D Printing Filament - iglidur® i150-PF Filament, easy to process, high abrasion resistance

Wear parts made from igus® tribofilament® are up to 50 times more wear-resistant than standard materials for 3D printing, achieving an exceptionally long service life. Due to their excellent tribological properties, they are ideal for 3D printing replacement and wear parts for applications such as sliding bearings, drive nuts, gears, and other wear components. Additionally, iglidur® i150 is suitable for food contact due to its compliance with EU 10/2011, proving itself in applications within the food and packaging industry. The filament is also available on 8 kg spools for large-format printers. The igus® tribofilaments can be processed on 3D printers that operate based on the fused deposition modeling (FDM/FFF) method, where the nozzle temperature is adjustable.
