A skills assessment is designed to encourage change and professional development. This individual support allows you to take stock of your professional journey by identifying your professional and personal skills, as well as your aptitudes and motivations. Following this step, you will develop one or more professional projects. The skills assessment is a support process conducted through individual work sessions (in-person or remote), lasting from 2 to 6 months, and includes 20 hours of support and 3 phases: Analysis of your professional and personal journey, to identify your skills and personality traits, your motivations and interests, your resources, and your relational functioning style. Diagnostic tools may be offered during this phase.
